Centormail Modular Design
The most innovative and efficient postage mailing system of its kind. The Centormail system is totally modular. Components like the automatic feeder, dynamic scales and infoprint software can be added as your needs grow. Loading postage is simple. Centormail has an internal modem which connects to the FP-Teleset service to load postage at the touch of a button. Centormail can handle items up to 20mm thick including Jiffy Bags and large items like C4 (A4 flat) mailings.

The Centormail Card System

Only people provided with a coded Centormail card are authorised to use the new Centormail franking machine - it is locked for unauthorised persons. Up to 300 departmental accounts can be equipped with Centormail cards. When the postal service changes its rates, simply insert a new card loaded with the new rates and Centormail does the rest.

Ink-jet printing
The fully electronic print head never touches the envelope surface delivering clean crisp franks that dry on contact, this makes Centormail quiet enough for every office. The cliché can be changed at the touch of a button, what’s more you can have up to 9 advertising slogans and 9 types of mail clichés with more on the Centormail card.

Dynamic Scales
The Centormail Dynamic Scales weigh every piece of unsorted mail automatically, calculating the correct postage “on the move” and transmitting the weight to the postage meter which calculates the correct postage and immediately franks the envelope. Items up to 20mm thick and 2kg, including Jiffy bags, can be loaded without interrupting the franking operation.

Integrated Static Scales
The integrated scale allows you to select the class of service and then automatically sets the postage rate. It can be used for items up to 5kg and/or has a separate platform up to 30kg.

Whisper Quiet Operation
Centormail feeds letters vertically like large mail sorting machines, now you can have genuine ‘mixed mail’ feeding plus reloading without interruption. Incredibly quiet, less than 60dB(A). German engineered to work quietly anywhere in your office.

User Friendly Control Panel and Display
The multi-purpose display makes Centormail one of the easiest postage meters in the world to use with step-by-step screen prompts, error messages and account functions. Automatically stores frequently used time, date and postage settings.
